Visitar Caño Cristales es la oportunidad única que tiene el turista de reconocer en una sola región los cuatro mundos del AMEM, macizo guyanés con elementos del llano, la selva y los Andes. Su belleza única por la gama de colores que ofrecen tanto las plantas acuáticas como su lecho rocoso ha permitido destacarse a nivel mundial como lugar icónico. Elementos como la Macarenia clavigera planta acuática endémica encargada de ofrecer el espectáculo de colores que hace denominar a Caño Cristales como “el rio más lindo del mundo” o “el rio de los cinco colores” es una muestra de las características únicas y del potencial de investigativo de la Sierra de la Macarena.

La actividad turística en Caño Cristales y otros escenarios con valor paisajístico y cultural en el AMEM está ayudando a estabilizar y dinamizar los procesos socio-económicos de toda una región que urge de oportunidades y de la construcción de la paz. La actividad ecoturística en Caño Cristales y en general los valores paisajísticos y culturales de la AMEM, puede ayudar a cambiar el paradigma de uso y apropiación de los recursos naturales, incluso puede ayudar a restaurarlos como un modelo en el que se demuestre que el desarrollo puede ir de la mano de la conservación. El proceso de desarrollo turístico en el municipio de la Macarena puede ser un ejemplo a nivel mundial del trabajo articulado entre la comunidad, el sector privado y la institucionalidad.

4.1 Consideraciones generales

1. El acceso a Caño Cristales y a otros atractivos ecoturísticos de la AMEM actualmente no tiene ningún costo, sin embargo, requiere de la solicitud de un derecho de ingreso para poder ejecutar la actividad turística dentro Caño Cristales atractivos ecoturísticos del AMEM. Para el caso de visitantes no residentes en el municipio de La Macarena, se debe pagar el impuesto de tributo turìstico a la Alcaldia municipal.

2. En cumplimiento de la Resolución. No. 300 de 2014 y Resolución. No. PS-GJ.1.2.6.13.1056 de 2013 de Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia y de CORMACARENA las actividades ecoturísticas en el Sector Sur de Caño Cristales y otros atractivos del AMEM propuesta para el desarrollo de la actividad ecoturística y que tiene como consideración el Concepto Técnico del estudio de carga (2010) y que a su vez, es armónico con los objetivos de conservación, con la zonificación y el régimen de usos establecido en el plan de manejo del PNN Sierra de La Macarena vigente y las consideraciones del DMI Macarena Sur conformado por la zona de ecuperación para la Preservación Sur de responsabilidad de ambas instituciones respectivamente y con el visto bueno del Concejo Local de Turismo del municipio de la Macarena a son las siguientes:

Atractivo Focal o núcleo

Sector Caño Cristales con sus tres senderos. Salto del Águila, Los Pianos, Los Pailones.

Atractivos complementarios:

• El Mirador

• Laguna del Silencio

• Caño Piedra

• Loma los Conejos

• Cristalitos

• Bocas de Lozada

• La Cachivera

Los anteriores atractivos tienen su respectivo estudio de capacidad de carga por parte de las autoridades ambientales y pueden ser utilizados para la actividad turística. Las autoridades ambientales en compañía de los actores estratégicos para el turismo en el municipio de la Macarena revisarán la pertinencia de estudiar técnicamente la posibilidad de abrir otros escenarios para la realización de la actividad ecoturística.

3. Solo se permitirá el acceso de visitantes a los atractivos ubicados en el AMEM por aquellos lugares reglamentados y autorizados para desarrollar a actividad turística y con un guìa y/o experto local.No se permite el ingreso de vehìculos a sitios no autorizados.

4. No hay temporalidad para visitar el sector de Caño Cristales y en general los atractivos del AMEM, por lo que se pueden disfrutar todo el año. No obstante, en tiempo seco no se permite el Baño Recreativo en el sector de Caño Cristales y Cristalitos.

5. En el evento que se considere necesario cerrar de forma temporal un sendero, un tramo de sendero, o en general Caño Cristales y los otros atractivos ecoturísticos de la AMEM por motivos de mantenimiento, orden público o daño ambiental u otras situaciones se tomaran las medidas necesarias para comunicar a la comunidad y otros actores interesados a fin de evitar dificultades en el manejo y desinformación según las facultades que tienen las entidades para este tipo de actos. De acuerdo al comportamiento de Caño Cristales respecto a las condiciones climàticas (poca lluvia), las autoridades determinaràn el momento de suspender por sitio o definitivamente el baño recreativo de forma definitiva sin esto afectar el ingreso a Caño Cristales.

6. El manejo de los grupos a Caño Cristales y otros atractivos ecoturísticos del AMEM se hace de la siguiente manera:

• Grupos pequeños: desde una (1) hasta siete (7) visitantes más el acompañamiento de un (1) guía o experto local, para un total de ocho (8) personas por grupo.

• Grupos grandes: más de siete (7) y hasta 21 visitantes, más el acompañamiento de un (1) guía o experto local por cada siete (7) visitantes para un total de 24 personas grupo (incluidos guías o expertos locales).

Para los recorridos por los senderos, los grupos grandes deben distribuirse en grupos pequeños (hasta 7 personas), cada uno con su respectivo guía, con la finalidad de ofrecer un mejor control de la experiencia durante las caminatas.

7. En todo caso, es necesario que el visitante cuente con un seguro de asistencia de viajes, lo cual asegura el rápido y oportuno tratamiento en caso de accidente o eventualidad médica. Las autorizaciones que expide CORMACARENA y Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia para el ingreso al AMEM, no implica ninguna responsabilidad para las Entidades, y por tanto, los visitantes asumen los riesgos que puedan presentarse durante su permanencia en las áreas definidas para la actividad turística.

8. En caso de que Caño Cristales y los otros atractivos ecoturísticos asociados al recurso hídrico representen peligro como aumento repentino de caudales, las autoridades ambientales a través de criterios técnicos en conjunto con el ̈Concejo Municipal para la Gestión del Riesgo de Desastres ̈ determinaran cerrar temporalmente estos escenarios mientras pasa la situación de riesgo.

9. No se permite el ingreso de visitantes durante el primer dìa del itinerario por ningùn motivo

10. Tenga en cuenta que para itinerarios que solo contemplen tres (3) días, el ingreso al sector Caño Cristales serà el segundo dìa completo.

11. Para casos donde los itinerariossean superiores a 4 dìas, se permitirà ingreso al sector el dìa 2 y 3. Un dìa a Cristales de Colores y otro dìa a Cristales Selva.

12. Tenga en cuenta que para itinerarios que solo contemplen tres(3) dìas, el ingreso al sector Caño Cristales (Sendero Salto del Aguila y Pianos) serà de un sòlo dìa completo, los otros dìas los visitantes deberàn ser dirigidos a los otros atractivos del AMEN.

13. Se prohibe el ingreso de lìquidos en botellas de plàstico, asì como cabuyas sintèticas y desechables.

4.2 CONSIDERACIONES ESPECÍFICAS PARA AGENCIAS U OPERADORES TURÍSTICAS.

4.2.1 ASPECTOS TRASCENDENTALES.

Las agencias u operadoras turísticas que ofrezcan Caño Cristales y otros atractivos ecoturísticos del AMEM deben cumplir con los siguientes requisitos:

• Estar legalmente constituidas de acuerdo a la normatividad vigente y estar actualizada con los requerimientos exigidos por la ley colombiana de turismo (consultar requisitos)

• Hacer parte del programa de mercados verdes de CORMACARENA.

• Haber hecho llegar los documentos de la empresa a las autoridades ambientales con suficiente tiempo para su verificación y aprobación.

• Tener un representante de la empresa en el municipio de La Macarena quien firme la responsabilidad con los grupos de visitantes que ingresan a los diferentes atractivos (consultar requisitos).

• Enviar la clasificación de sus grupos de acuerdo a nivel alta, media y baja dificultad con el fin de poder signar de la mejor manera los senderos de cada uno de los atractivos. Está sujeto a disponibilidad ( consultar requisitos).

• Demostrar a las autoridades ambientales y la alcaldía muncipal de La Macarena la asistencia médica de sus visitantes y el personal para la atención de emergencias dentro de los atractivos. en cualquier caso se sugiere a las empresas de orden nacional e internacional realizar las respectivas alianzas con las operadoras locales quienes conocen el protocolo de operación para el desarrollo turístico en el municipio de la Macarena.

4.2.2 ASPECTOS PARA LA OPERATIVIDAD.

• Procurar realizar la venta de paquetes e itinerarios en días no festivos para evitar congestión y colapso en el protocolo de operación de la actividad turística.

• Para itinerarios de tres (3) días, no se permitirá visitar más de un día y medio el sector Caño Cristales, y para paquetes de 4 días, no se permitirá la visita más de 2 días para el sector Caño Cristales.

• Los operadores no podrán modificar a última hora las solicitudes de ingreso por lo que este ejercicio debe hacerse previamente a fin de planificar y hacer más eficiente la emisión de cupos y solicitudes de ingreso.

• Las autoridades realizaran la asignación de senderos cuando la capacidad de carga se encuentre al límite en uno de los senderos solicitados por los operadores turísticos en el sector Caño Cristales.

• Se les suspenderá a las agencias u operadores turísticos la disponibilidad de cupos de ingreso al sector Caño Cristales y otros atractivos del AMEM, si se detecta que existe violación a los protocolos implementados y concertados con las autoridades ambientales. Esto afectara la economía de las operadoras y su prestigio frente a los visitantes. Esta medida incluye a los prestadores de servicios y actividades que intervienen en su operación y de la gravedad del hallazgo se podrán iniciar medidas administrativas de acuerdo a la normatividad vigente.

• Los operadores solo ofrecerán los sitios que se encuentran reglamentados por las autoridades ambientales.

• Los operadores turísticos deberán demostrar en su solicitud de ingreso quien realizara la actividad de guianza a los diferentes atractivos, con el fin de evitar la sobreventa sin tener disponibilidad de guías y expertos locales para su operación. Esta condición es prerrequisito para la entrega del derecho de ingreso y será verificado con las organizaciones que prestan el servicio.

• Acatar la reglamentación y disposiciones de CORMACARENA y Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia relacionadas con las actividades ecoturísticas dentro de Caño Cristales y el AMEM.

• Suministrar la información solicitada por CORMACARENA y Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia relacionadas con las actividades ecoturísticas a realizarse dentro de Caño Cristales y el AMEM.

• Estar registrado en la base de datos de CORMACARENA y Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia y contar con una constancia de su participación en alguna inducción o capacitación realizada por el equipo del AP.

• Acreditar al personal a su servicio ante CORMACARENA y Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia, el cual debe cumplir con la dotación básica (botiquín, indumentaria de clima cálido, radio (opcional) y celular) y condiciones físicas requeridas para la actividad.

• Acatar los horarios, reglamentación, capacidad de carga turística de los senderos y disposiciones de CORMACARENA y Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia.

• Informar a los visitantes sobre el equipo e indumentaria necesaria para cada actividad, así como las disposiciones y reglamentación existentes en el PNN S MAC.

• Velar por la conservación de los recursos naturales dentro Caño Cristales y otros atractivos ecoturísticos del AMEM.

• Ayudar a mantener la infraestructura y buen estado de los senderos.

• Prestar apoyo al Parque en actividades de prevención, control y vigilancia.

• Asistir en lo posible a las convocatorias y reuniones que CORMACARENA y Parque Nacionales Naturales de Colombia propongan para la organización y desarrollo de la actividad ecoturística.

•Informar a la autoridad competente en cualquier emergencia o desastre.

• Hacerse cargo de los residuos sólidos generadas por el desarrollo de la actividad.

• Clarificar en la publicidad de mercadeo del sitio las recomendaciones y actividades permitidas y no permitidas dentro Caño Cristales y atractivos ecoturísticos del AMEM.

• Verificar el buen estado de salud de los integrantes del grupo, cerciorarse que no se encuentren en estado de embriaguez ni bajo el efecto de sustancia sicotrópicas.

• No organizar salidas con grupos que sobrepasen la capacidad de carga del lugar.

Los visitantes deberán hacer con suficiente anticipación las reservas de los servicios que requieren a fin de no tener inconvenientes al momento de llegar al municipio de la macarena. El casco urbano cuenta con hoteles, áreas de camping, restaurantes, tiendas, guías y expertos locales, entre otros para contratar estos servicios. Todos los servicios necesarios como alojamiento, alimentación, guías turísticos, transporte, entre otros son obtenidos en el casco urbano del municipio de la Macarena. Se recomienda a todos los visitantes llegar al municipio de la Macarena a través de una de las Agencias Operadoras locales. Estas le garantizaran todos los servicios y actividades (incluido el tiquete aéreo desde Bogotá, Medellín y Villavicencio) a precios cómodos y se encuentran dentro del Protocolo de operación del Ecoturismo para el Caño Cristales y otros atractivos del AMEM.

Según resolución. no. ps-gj.1.2.6.13.1056 de 2013 y resolución. no. 300 de 2014 de Cormacarena y Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia, 2014 está Prohibido a los turistas pernoctar en el sector de caño cristales tanto en el PNN S MAC como en el DMI zona de recuperación para la preservación, es totalmente ilegal.

It can even help to restore them as a model that demonstrates that development can walk hand in hand with preservation. The process of tourism development in the municipality of Macarena can be a worldwide example of structured work between community, the private sector and institutionalism.

4.1) General considerations

1. The entry to Caño Cristales and other ecotourism attractions of the AMEM are currently for free, however, you will require the application of a right of entry to run any tourist activity inside Caño Cristales. In case of non-resident visitors, the tourist tax should be paid directly to the municipal office.

2. With the resolution No.300 2014 and resolution. No. 2013 PS-GJ.1.2.6.13.1056, the National Natural Park of Colombia and CORMACARENA agree that ecotourism activities in the Southern sector of Caño Cristales and other AMEM attractions are set for the development of ecotourism activity. This considers the concept of loading (2010) with conservation objectives, zoning and uses of attractions. The Organizational Plan of Sierra de La Macarena National Park and the concept of "Macarena Sur DMI" comes into force through the confirmation of the Recreation Area (Preservación Sur) and the responsibility of both institutions, or with the approval of the local Tourism Council of the Municipality of Macarena that concludes the following Topics:

The previous attractions can be used for tourism as they have been checked their respective load capacity by the environmental authorities. The responsible environmental authorities for tourism in the municipality of La Macarena will review if it is possible to open other scenarios for the realization of the ecotourism activity.

3. Visitors will only be allowed to access the attractions located in the AMEM for those places regulated and authorized to develop a tourist activity and with a guide and / or local expert. Vehicles are not allowed to enter unauthorized sites.

4. You can visit the sector of Caño Cristales all year, there is no temporary opening time. However, in the dry season the “Recreational Bath” is not allowed in the sector of Caño Cristales and Cristalitos.

5. In the event of necessity to temporary close a path, a stretch of path, or in general Caño Cristales and other ecotourism attractions of the AMEM for reasons of maintenance, public order or environmental damage or other situations the measures will be taken. The community and other interested visitors need to be informed. According to the behavior of Caño Cristales, e.g. the climatic conditions (rain etc), the authorities will determine the moment of permanently suspend the recreational bath without affecting the entrance to Caño Cristales.

6. The management of the groups visiting Caño Cristales and other ecotourism attractions of the AMEM is operated as follows:

• • Small groups: from one to seven visitors need to be accompanied by one guide or local expert, for a total amount of eight people per group.

  • Large groups: more than seven and up to 21 visitors, plus the accompaniment of one guide or local expert for every seven visitors for a total amount of 24 people per group (including guides or local experts)

For the routes through the trails, large groups should be distributed in small groups (up to seven people). Each with their own guide. To offer better control of the experience during the walks.

4.2) Specific considerations for tourist agencies and operators

4.2.1 Most important aspects:

-The agencies and tour operators that offer Caño Cristales and other ecotourism attractions of the AMEM need to agree the following requirements:

-Be legally constituted according to current regulations and be updated with the requirements of the Colombian Tourism Law (see requirements)

-Be part of the CORMACARENA green markets program.

-Send the company documents to the environmental authorities with sufficient time for verification and approval.

-Have a representative of the company in the municipality of La Macarena who signs the responsibility with the groups of visitors that enter the different attractions (see requirements).

-Send the classification of your groups according to high, medium and low difficulty level to be able to sign in the best way the paths of each of the attractions. It is subject to availability (see requirements).

-Demonstrate to the environmental authorities and the municipal of La Macarena the medical assistance of the visitors and the personnel for the carness of emergencies within the attractions. In any case it is suggested to the companies of national and international order to realize the offered

-journeys with local operators who know the operation protocol for tourism development in the municipality of Macarena.

4.2.2 Aspects for operation:

-To avoid congestion and collapse in the protocol of operation of the tourist activity, try to sale the packages and itineraries on non-holiday days.

-If the itinerary listed three days, the Caño Cristales sector will not be allowed to visit more than a day and a half. It is not allowed to visit the sector of Caño Cristales more than two days, if the itinerary is listed with 4 days.

-Operators will not be able to modify entry requests at the last minute. All requests need to be done beforehand to plan and streamline the issuance of quotas and entry requests.

-As the load capacity of the requested trails by tour operators is limited, the authorities will allocate the trails in the Caño Cristales sector.

-The agencies or tour operators will be suspended from the availability of entry quotas to the Caño Cristales sector and other attractions of the AMEM, if it is detected that there is a violation of the protocols implemented and agreed with the environmental authorities. This will affect the economy of the operators and their prestige in front of the visitors. This measure includes the providers of services and activities that intervene in its operation and the seriousness of the finding administrative measures may be initiated in accordance with current regulations.

-The operators only offer the sites that are regulated by the environmental authorities.

-Tour operators need to give information about each tour guide who is accompanying the groups. This measure is taken to avoid overselling packages without having availability of guides and local experts.

-Please comply the regulations and provisions of CORMACARENA and National Natural Park of Colombia regarding the ecotourism activities in Caño Cristales and the AMEM.

-Please provide all requested information regarding to ecotourism activities in Caño Cristales and the AMEM by CORMACARENA and the National Natural Park of Colombia.

-Be registered in the database of CORMACARENA and National Parks of Colombia. Please note that you need a record of your attendance at any induction or training conducted by the AP – team.

-Your staff need to carry the basic equipment (first aid kit, warm weather clothes, radio (optional) and cellular) with them and comply the required physical conditions.

-Compliance with schedules, regulations, tourist loading capacity of the trails and provisions of CORMACARENA and National Natural Parks of Colombia.

-Inform visitors about the equipment and clothing which are required for each activity. Furthermore, inform them about the provisions and regulations in the NNP Sierra Macarena.

-Ensure the conservation of natural resources within Caño Cristales and other ecotourism attractions of the AMEM.

-Help to preserve the infrastructure and good conditions of the trails.

-Support the Park in prevention, control and surveillance activities.

-Assist as far as possible the calls and meetings which CORMACARENA and National Park of Colombia propose for the organization of the ecotourism activities.

-Please inform the authorities in any case of emergency or disaster.

-Assume responsibility for any kind of waste generated by the execution of your activity

-All recommendations and activities allowed and not allowed in Caño Cristales and in the other ecotourism places in the AMEM should be clarified in your advertisement on your website.

-Verify the health conditions of your participants of the group. Make sure they are not drunk or under effect of psychotropic substances.

Do not organize departures with groups that exceed the capacity of the place.

To prevent any issues when arriving at municipality of Macarena, the visitors need to book all required services in advance. You find hotels, camping areas, restaurants, shops, guides and local experts to hire services in the urban center. All visitors should also contact the municipality of Macarena through one of the local operating agencies. These will guarantee all services and activities (including airfare from Bogota, Medellin and Villavicencio) for good prices and are within the Ecotourism Operation Protocol for Caño Cristales and other AMEM attractions.

According to resolution. do not. ps-gj.1.2.6.13.1056 of 2013 and resolution 300 of 2014 of Cormacarena and National Parks of Colombia, 2014: It is forbidden for tourists to spend the night in the sector of pipe crystals both in the National Park the Sierra de Macarena and in the DMI recovery zone for preservation.

4.1) Generelle Bedingungen

1. Der Eintritt zu Caño Cristales und anderen Ökotourismusattraktionen der AMEM ist derzeit kostenlos, allerdings benötigen Sie die Einreisegenehmigung für jegliche touristische Aktivität in Caño Cristales. Bei nicht-wohnhaften Besuchern sollte die Kurtaxe direkt an das Gemeindebüro gezahlt werden.

2. Mit dem Beschluss No.300 2014 und Beschluss. Nr. PS-GJ.1.2.6.13.1056 von 2013 stimmt der Nationalnaturpark von Kolumbien und CORMACARENA ueberein, dass die Ökotourismus-Aktivitäten im Südsektor von Caño Cristales und andere Attraktionen der AMEM für die Entwicklung der Ökotourismus-Aktivität festgelegt werden. Das berücksichtigt das Konzept der Belastung (2010) mit Erhaltungszielen, Zonierung und Verwendungen der Attraktionen. Der Organisationsplan von Sierra de La Macarena Nationalpark und das Konzept von „Macarena Sur DMI“ tritt in Kraft, durch die Bestätigung der Erholungszone (Preservación Sur) und der Verantwortung beider Institutionen bzw. mit der Zustimmung des lokalen Tourismusrates der Gemeinde Macarena, dass schliesst folgende Themen ein:

Fokale Anziehungskraft oder Kern

Sektor Caño Cristales mit seinen drei Wanderwegen: Salto del Aguila, Los Pianos, Los Pailones

Ergänzende Attraktionen:

-El Mirador

-Laguna del Silencio

-Caño Piedra

-Loma los Conejos

-Bocas de Lozada

-La Cachivera

Die oben erwaehnten Attraktionen koennen fuer touristische Ausfluege genutzt werden, da sie von den Umweltbehoerden ueberprueft wurden. Die zuständigen Umweltbehörden für den Tourismus in der Gemeinde La Macarena werden prüfen, ob es auch theoretisch möglich ist, andere Landschaftsbereiche für die Durchführung der Ökotourismusaktivitäten zu öffnen.

3. Besucher haben nur Zugang zu denjenigen Attraktionen in der AMEM, die für die Durchfuehrung einer touristischen Aktivität und mit einem Reiseführer und/oder lokalen Experten festgelegt und autorisiert sind. Fahrzeuge dürfen keine unbefugten Orte befahren.

4. Caño Cristales ist das ganze Jahr fuer Besucher zugaengig. Dennoch sollten Sie beachten, dass Erholungsbaeder in der Trockenzeit im Caño Cristales und Cristalitos nicht erlaubt sind.

5. Die Umweltbehoerden verfuegen ueber das Recht Massnahmen einzuleiten, falls ein Pfad, ein Streckenabschnitt oder allgemein Caño Cristales und andere Ökotourismusattraktionen der AMEM aufgrund von Instandhaltung, der oeffentlichen Ordnung oder Umweltschaeden etc. geschlossen werden soll. Die jeweiligen betroffenen Besucher muessen darueber rechtzeitig informiert werden. Aufgrund des wechselnden Verhaltens Caño Cristales, beispielsweise klimatische Bedingungen (Regen usw.), koennen die Behoerden auch das Baden verbieten. Dies wird jedoch nicht den Zugang zu Caño Cristales beeintraechtigen.

6. Die Organisation von Gruppen, die Caño Cristales und andere Ökotourismusattraktionen der AMEM besuchen, wird wie folgt betrieben:

-Kleingruppen: ab einer bis sieben Personen muessen von mindestens einem Reiseleiter oder einem lokalen Experten begleitet werden, maximale Gruppengroesse ist acht Personen.

-Grosse Gruppen: mehr als sieben und bis zu 21 Personen, zusätzlich der begleitende Reiseleiter oder lokale Experte für jeweils sieben Personen, umfasst eine Gesamtanzahl von 24 Personen pro Gruppe (einschließlich Reiseleiter oder lokale Experten)

-Es wird empfohlen grosse Gruppen fuer die jeweiligen Wanderwege in Kleingruppen aufzuteilen, jede mit eigenem Reiseleiter. Auf diese Weise kann jedem Besucher eine bessere und einzigartigere Erfahrung gewaehrleistet werden.

7. Es wird ebenfalls empfohlen, dass jeder Besucher eine individuelle Reiseversicherung abzuschliesst, die eine schnelle und rechtzeitige Behandlung im Falle eines Unfalls oder medizinischen Notfalls gewährleistet. Jeder Besucher betritt alle Attraktionen der AMEM auf eigenes Risiko, die zustaendigen Behoerden uebernehmen keine Verantwortung im Falle eines Unfalls.

8. Wenn Caño Cristales und die anderen Wasserressourcen in der Zukunft eine Gefahr darstellen (bspw. ansteigender Wasserspiegel), sind die Umweltbehörden, durch technische Kriterien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gemeinderat für das Katastrophenrisikomanagement zustaendig. Sie koennen die betroffenen Gebiete sperren, um gefaehrliche Situationen zu verhindern.

9. Besuche in den Caño Cristales Bereich sind am ersten Tag des Reisverlaufes unter keinen Umstaenden gestattet.

10. Wenn Ihr Reiseverlauf insgesamt drei Tage umfasst, ist der Zutritt zu Caño Cristales am zweiten Tag erlaubt.

11. Umfasst der Reiseverlauf mehr als 4 Tage, ist der Eintritt in den Sektor am 2. und 3. Tag erlaubt, ein Tag zu Crystals of Colours und ein weiterer Tag zu Cristales Selva.

12. Reiseverlaeufe die nur drei Tage umfassen, ist der Eintritt in den Sektor "Caño Cristales" (Sendero Salto del Aguila y Pianos) an einem einzigen Tag durchzufuehren, an den anderen Tagen sollten die Besucher zu den anderen Attraktionen der AMEN.

13. Abgefuellter Alkohol in Plastikflaschen ist verboten, ebenso synthetische Stoffe und Einwegprodukte.

4.2) Spezielle Beruecksichtigungen fuer Reisebueros und Reisevermittler

4.2.1 Wichtigeste Aspekte:

-Alle Reiseagenturen und Reiseveranstalter, die Reisen nach Caño Cristales oder zu anderen Oekotourismusattraktionen der AMEM anbieten, muessen folgenden Regelungen zustimmen:

-Gemäß der geltenden Vorschriften und den Anforderungen des kolumbianischen Tourismusgesetzes handeln (siehe Anforderungen).

Mitglied der CORMACARENA Umweltinitiative.

-Senden Sie die Unternehmensdokumente mit ausreichend Zeit für die Überprüfung und Genehmigung an die Umweltbehörden.

-Vertreter der Firma in der Gemeinde La Macarena haben, der die Verantwortung mit den Besuchergruppen unterzeichnet, die die verschiedenen Attraktionen betreten (siehe Anforderungen).

-Senden Sie die Klassifizierung Ihrer Gruppen nach hohem, mittlerem und niedrigem Schwierigkeitsgrad, um die Wege der einzelnen Attraktionen bestmöglich einordnen zu können. Je nach Verfügbarkeit (siehe Anforderungen).

-Demonstrieren Sie den Umweltbehörden und der Gemeinde La Macarena die medizinische Hilfe der Besucher und des Personals für die Notfälle innerhalb der Attraktionen. In jedem Fall ist es den Firmen der nationalen und internationalen Ordnung empfohlen, die jeweiligen Reiseangebote mit lokalen Betreibern, die das Betriebsprotokoll für die Tourismusentwicklung in der Gemeinde Macarena kennen, durchzufuehren.

4.2.2 Aspekte zur Durchfuehrung:

-Bieten Sie die touristischen Aktivitaeten ausserhalb der Feiertage an, um Verzoegerungen,Ueberfuellung und Betriebsstoerungen zu vermeiden.

-Wenn die Reiseroute drei Tage umfasst, darf der Caño Cristales-Sektor nicht länger als anderthalb Tage besucht werden. Es ist nicht erlaubt, den Sektor von Caño Cristales mehr als zwei Tage zu besuchen, wenn die Reiseroute mit 4 Tagen aufgeführt ist.

-Veranstalter koennen keine kurzfristigen Aenderungen vornehmen. Alle gewuenschten Buchungen muessen im Voraus, rechtzeitig angefragt werden.

-Da jeder Reiseveranstalter nur ueber begrenzte Kapazitaeten verfuegt, werden die Wanderwege im Caño Cristales-Sektor von den Behoerden zuweisen.

-Die Agenturen oder Reiseveranstalter werden von der Verfügbarkeit von Eintrittskontingenten für den Caño Cristales-Sektor und andere Attraktionen der AMEM ausgeschlossen, wenn festgestellt wird, dass ein Verstoß gegen die Protokolle vorliegt, die mit den Umweltbehörden umgesetzt und vereinbart wurden. Dies wird die Wirtschaft der Betreiber und ihr Prestige vor den Besuchern beeinflussen. Diese Maßnahme umfasst die Anbieter von Dienstleistungen und Aktivitäten, die in ihren Betrieb eingreifen und die Schwere der Feststellung, dass Verwaltungsmaßnahmen in Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Vorschriften eingeleitet werden können.

-Die Veranstalter bieten nur die Standorte an, die von den Umweltbehörden genehmigt werden.

-Die Veranstalter muessen alle Informationen zu den jeweiligen Reiseleiter angeben, der die Gruppe begleitet. Diese Maßnahme wird ergriffen, um zu vermeiden, dass Pakete überbucht werden, ohne dass Reiseleiter und lokale Experten zur Verfuegung stehen.

-Bitte beachten Sie die Bestimmungen und Regelungen der CORMACARENA und des Nationalen Naturparks von Kolumbien in Bezug auf die Ökotourismusaktivitäten in Caño Cristales und der AMEM.

-Bitte geben Sie alle erforderlichen Informationen bezüglich der Ökotourismusaktivitäten in Caño Cristales und der AMEM bei CORMACARENA und dem Nationalen Naturpark Kolumbiens an.

-Sie muessen in der Datenbank von CORMACARENA und der Nationalparks von Kolumbien registriert sein. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Sie eine Aufzeichnung Ihrer Teilnahme an einer Einweisung oder Schulung durch das AP - Team benötigen.

-Ihre Mitarbeiter müssen die Grundausstattung (Verbandskasten, warme Kleidung, Radio (optional) und Handy) mit sich führen und die erforderlichen körperlichen Voraussetzungen erfüllen.

-Beachten Sie die Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Vorschriften, touristische Ladekapazität der Bestimmungen von CORMACARENA und der Nationalparks von Kolumbien.

-Informiere die Besucher über die Ausrüstung und Kleidung, die für jede Aktivität benötigt werden. Informieren Sie sie darüber hinaus über die Bestimmungen und Vorschriften im Nationalpark Sierra Macarena.

-Beachten Sie die Erhaltung der natürlichen Ressourcen in Caño Cristales und anderen Ökotourismusattraktionen der AMEM.

-Helfen Sie dabei, die Infrastruktur und die guten Bedingungen auf den Wegen zu erhalten.

-Unterstützen Sie den Park bei Präventions-, Kontroll- und Überwachungstätigkeiten.

-Unterstützen Sie, so weit wie möglich, die Aufrufe und Treffen, die CORMACARENA und der Nationalpark Kolumbiens für die Organisation der Ökotourismusaktivitäten vorschlagen.

Bitte informieren Sie die Behörden in jeglicher Notfallsituation.

-Übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für jegliche Art von Verschmutzung, die bei der Ausführung Ihrer Aktivität entsteht

-Alle Empfehlungen und Aktivitäten, die in Caño Cristales und in den anderen Ökotourismus-Orten in der AMEM erlaubt und nicht erlaubt sind, sollten in Ihrer Werbung auf Ihrer Website geklärt werden.

-Überprüfen Sie die Gesundheitsbedingungen Ihrer Teilnehmer. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sie nicht betrunken sind oder unter psychotropen Substanzen leiden.

-Organisieren Sie keine Abreisen mit Gruppen, die die Kapazität des Ortes überschreiten.

Um Probleme bei der Ankunft in der Gemeinde Macarena zu vermeiden, müssen die Besucher alle erforderlichen Dienstleistungen im Voraus buchen. Sie koennen folgende Dienstleistungen in La Macarena finden und mieten: Hotels, Campingplätze, Restaurants, Geschäfte, Reiseleiter und lokale Experten. Alle Besucher sollten sich auch mit der Gemeinde Macarena über eine der lokalen Betriebsagenturen in Verbindung setzen. Diese werden alle Dienstleistungen und Aktivitäten (einschließlich Flugkosten von Bogota, Medellin und Villavicencio) zu guten Preisen garantieren und sind an die Bedingungen des Ecotourism Operation Protocol für Caño Cristales und andere AMEM-Attraktionen gebunden.

Laut Beschluss, Unterlassung. ps-gj.1.2.6.13.1056 von 2013 und Resolution 300 von 2014 von Cormacarena und Nationalparks von Kolumbien, 2014: Es ist für Touristen verboten, im Bereich der Rohrkristalle, sowohl im Nationalpark der Sierra de Macarena und in der DMI-Wiederherstellungszone für die Konservierung zu übernachten.
