CAño CRISTALES WITH HOTEL IN LA MACARENA
In La Macarena town there are pretty nice hotels, 3 stars, some with A/C (for an extra fee in some of them, around 10 dollars per night) and pool.
You will be in the town in the evenings, plus you have to take a jeep and a boat (included in the plan, of course) every day to visit the river.
It is good if you prefer a little bit of luxury in your trip or internet connexion in the evenings.
Tours in this option are shared with other visitors, although you can also ask for a private tour, for an additional cost.
There is a hotel called La Manigua, which is a great option to stay, but it has different costs than the standard plan.

No Show and Cancellation Policies
1. To cancel the trip must be made 5 days before the departure date and 90% of the reservation deposit will be returned, apart from the previously established deductions or penalties that the providers make, when the services are not used. This return will be made within 30 calendar days from the date the claim is made. If it is not canceled 5 days before, the money will not be refunded.
2. In case of non-presentation of the client to the trip, no disbursement will be made.
3. In the event that the user of the tourist services fails to use the agreed services, whatever the cause, the Agency may demand at its option the payment of 20% of the total price or rate established or retain the deposit or advance payment previously received from the user.
4. In fortuitous cases (climatic changes, natural disasters, landslides, mishaps in air, land or river transport) in which the trip has to be canceled, Hidden Colombia will return 90% deposit of the Reserve.
