To tourists and visitors ...

Respect the privacy and coexistence of local residents without affecting their integrity and tranquility.

We have a kind and respectful treatment towards the residents, tour guides, providers of tourist services and towards the whole population in general.

Respect the manifestations and customs of the place. Let's demonstrate solidarity, understanding, tolerance and respect towards the community and towards the destiny that we are knowing.

Minimize the negative impact of garbage, depositing it in the places arranged for it and remember to classify it according to its recycling treatment or in the best case not leaving it at the destination. If the place where I stay has recycling programs or related to sustainability, I will try to support them during my stay.

Live great experiences without altering the order and without violating the noise level allowed.

We make efficient use of the water and energy that we use during our stay.

Respect the native species and the green areas of the place.

Protect the cultural heritage. We can appreciate architecture, monuments and valuables without affecting them.

We will transit through the area following the traffic rules and road signs.

Pay attention to the recommendations of local authorities so as not to endanger our personal safety.

We are alert to any emergency alert or unexpected event to have the possibility to react according to public recommendations on emergency care and prevention.

Remember that children and minors must study, play and perform all activities that benefit their life and growth.

We reject the practices of Commercial Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESCNNA), which is a crime, or any type of behavior that goes against the dignity of the people.

Let us censor the trade in illicit drugs and psychoactive substances.

We comply with the current local and national legal regulatory framework.

What we need to know

In the development of the provisions in article 17 of the Law 679 of 2001, Colombia Oculta warns his customers, suppliers and the community in general that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country are punished criminally and administratively, in accordance with the laws in force.

Colombia Oculta is manifested against the illicit traffic of flora and fauna, the Criminal Code Act 599 of the 2000 Title XI punishes crimes against natural resources and the environment in a manner that is invited to do not buy products elaborated with plants or animals in danger of extinction, as well as not to engage in practices that violate the fauna and flora of our country.

Colombia Oculta promotes the law 397 of 1997 General Law of culture which emphasizes the non-marketing of Archaeological Heritage, the Cultural Heritage of the Nation and intangible in nature and to the special scheme for the protection of the assets of cultural interest.

Colombia Oculta rejects any discrimination on grounds of race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, political or philosophical ideology, gender or sexual orientation, disability and other grounds of discrimination with criminal sanctions by Law 1752 of 2015.

Finally, Colombia Oculta is projected in the future with the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by the General Assembly of the UN posed a plan of action in favor of the people, planet and prosperity, which also has the intention to strengthen universal peace and the access to justice. The Agenda 17 objectives poses with 169 goals integrated and indivisible character of covering the economic, social and environmental fields.
